Thank you for shopping with The Girls. We aim to process and deliver every order safely and efficiently.

This policy explains our order processing, dispatch, delivery, tracking, shipping charges and related procedures.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within one to two business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders received on Sundays, public holidays or other non-working days may be processed on the next working day.

Processing may take longer during sales, festivals, promotions, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Time

Standard orders are generally delivered within approximately five to seven business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to location, PIN code, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Within India

We currently deliver to serviceable PIN codes within India.

Serviceability depends on the courier partners available for the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders within India unless a different charge is displayed during checkout.

Any applicable shipping or Cash on Delivery charge will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

Availability may depend on:

Delivery location
Courier serviceability
Previous order history
Verification requirements

We may contact customers by mobile, SMS, email or WhatsApp to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, the customer account or another available communication channel.

Courier tracking information may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to display movement.

Delivery Attempts

Provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and active mobile number when placing an order.

Courier partners may contact you to complete delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, unreachable mobile number or repeated unsuccessful attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional re-shipping charges may apply when redispatch is requested following an unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect customer information or customer non-availability.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately.

We will try to update it if the order has not been packed or dispatched. Address changes may not be possible after the shipment has been handed to the courier.

Delayed Orders

Orders may occasionally be delayed because of:

Courier disruptions
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Strikes
Natural events
High order volumes
Regulatory restrictions
Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If an order is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe a shipment has been lost in transit, contact us.

We may initiate an investigation with the courier. After verifying the shipment status, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.
